"At home faded and the world puts close."
Welcome to an adventure that seems to have sprung from the pages of a book and is now brought to life in the real world. We - three friends with a passion for stories, adventure and nature - will embark on an extraordinary journey in August 2024. Our goal? An epic trek of 2,700 kilometers that will take us through eight different countries to ultimately throw a replica of the One Ring from J.R.R. Tolkien's masterpiece "The Lord of the Rings" into the sea. This distance corresponds to the distance that Frodo and Sam covered on their way from the Shire to Mordor.
But that's not all: To give our adventure an authentic touch and bring the magic of Middle Earth into our world, we decided to embark on this journey in appropriate hobbit clothes. With every step we take and every kilometer we leave behind, we delve deeper into the world that Tolkien described so vividly.
Our journey is not only a tribute to "The Lord of the Rings" and its timeless message of friendship, courage and perseverance, but also an invitation for you to become part of our adventure.
